Refund and Returns Policy

LedgerCore Services provides accounting, auditing, and bookkeeping services delivered entirely through digital systems. Due to the professional, time-based, and data-sensitive nature of financial services, refunds are governed by a clear and structured policy designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

Refund eligibility applies only when a service has not yet begun and no financial data has been reviewed, processed, or analyzed. Once work has started—including data intake, account review, reconciliation, reporting, audit preparation, or compliance checks—the service becomes non-refundable. This policy reflects the immediate allocation of professional resources and time once engagement begins.

Auditing services, compliance reviews, financial assessments, and custom accounting setups are non-refundable once planning or analysis has commenced. Bookkeeping subscriptions may be canceled before the start of a new billing cycle; however, charges for completed periods remain non-refundable. Reports, reconciliations, filings, and financial summaries delivered to the client cannot be returned or refunded once issued.

Refund requests must be submitted through the official support channel with clear identification of the service purchased and the reason for the request. Each request is reviewed individually to confirm service status and eligibility. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines, typically 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

LedgerCore Services remains committed to professionalism, data integrity, and transparent business practices. Questions related to billing, cancellations, or service scope are encouraged prior to engagement to ensure full alignment and mutual understanding.
